HOW DOES THE PROCESS WORK:
To Mail-in your device fill out our online form here. In the form, include all the details of the issue your device is experiencing. Then, follow our packaging guide before shipping it to us.
We would love to see you in person! If you happen to be in the area, please bring your device to our location.
We'll create a ticket number for your device and gather some basic contact information to properly communicate with you.
Once we conduct a complete diagnostic, we will send you an estimate and commence the work as soon as you give your approval.
Once your device is stable enough for the data to be extracted, we'll perform a full backup and store it in a USB/External drive.
You'll receive the great news! We can mail your data over to your location, or you can pick it up at our location once your invoice is paid.
