Will I Receive Constant Updates About The Process Or When It's Done?

Price update: Typically, we will seek your approval for service costs or any adjustments to the service cost. A service cost notification is usually provided after a diagnostic is performed. The diagnostic can be completed within the same day of receiving your device or up to 3 days if there are other devices ahead of yours. If any price adjustment is needed after the initial quote is approved, we'll contact you before further proceeding with any services.

Turnaround Update:  The time frame of a repair is usually sent together with the service cost but if we need to extend the time frame to finish the provided service, we will notify you ahead of time.

Service Description: We've made it a habit to inform our customers about the process of the repair or service we will be performing on their devices. This normally includes informing you of any parts being replaced and any parts that need to be fixed due to sustained damage.
