All we need you to do is fill out our form, and a staff member will contact you so that we can create and email you a confirmation ticket number for the device you will be sending. Please include the ticket number in your shipping box and a printed copy of our mail-in guide below so we can easily match it in our system once it's at our location.

Repair Estimates
Please take into consideration that our estimated price ranges can change according to the issue at hand. We can only give you an accurate price once we receive and diagnose your device, but there won't be any commitment until you approve the exact price.

Repair & Services Turnarounds
Basic Repairs
As soon as it's approved, any simple repair can be done within the same day. This could include screen replacements, batteries, charging ports, keyboards, and trackpads.
Logicboard Repairs
Depending on the complexity of the issue, repairs that require in-depth troubleshooting and micro-soldering rework can take 3 days to up to 2 weeks.
Data Recovery
For all Data Recovery jobs, the time frames can significantly vary. On average, we get jobs done within 1 to 2 weeks. On certain occasions, it can be as soon as the same day, and on other occasions, it can take up to 6 weeks if the device is in really bad shape.

Check for the confirmation e-mail we sent you. If you feel like you've made a mistake filling out the form, don't hesitate to get in touch with us through our live chat so we can make changes for you, there's no need to re-submit a shipping form.

Please make sure your information is correct, the intake form (shipping form) is used to match your mailed-in device at our location once it arrives.

You can contact us during our business hours through our live chat for an estimate or if you have any questions but once the form is filled out, we will be contacting you only through E-mail, Text message or phone call.

Inform us beforehand if a Rushed Service is required or checkmark the box in our form so that we can inform you how much the rush fee will be.

As soon as the form is sent, one of our staff members will be contacting you and creating a ticket for you. Please take into consideration that an accurate price for the repair can only be given once we receive the device and no repair will commence before your approval is given.

Before any packaging takes place:

Please write a note with your full name, address, phone number, and e-mail and include it inside your shipping box, this will help us match it with the intake form (shipping form) you filled out on our website or print this PDF and use it to fill out your details and then add it to your package.

Please do not include any cables (unless we ask that you do so) or retail packaging boxes that came with your device when it was first bought, we have our own cables, and boxes are normally disposed of on a weekly basis.

Best materials to package your device with and additional shipping recommendations:

Choose a durable box that gives enough space to add foaming material, place the foaming material on the walls of the box, and then bubble wrap your device.

Before shipping your device with the courier, be sure you're following along with their regulations.

Add insurance to your package and keep your tracking number always at hand.

Reminder: We cannot be liable for devices being shipped to our location, please contact your courier or check their website if your device gets delayed.
